Once received we will contact you to let you know if you have been selected for the event within 7 days. You will receive instructions on how to send in payment to complete your registration. All booth rentals are final and non-refundable, so please make sure you can commit to the dates listed for each sale. There is a $25 late fee for vendors that pay after November 1st.
Sassafras success is due to the time and attention we devote to selecting a wide variety of vendors with unique products for each sale. Not all vendors that submit a contract may be selected due to similar vendor/products that have already reserved booth space.
* If your booth is not selected for a sale we will put you on a waiting list for our next show and notify you of the dates.
